FIO Code: Terms & Conditions
I. Introduction: Validation of the Fusion Partnership
These Terms & Conditions (TCS) constitute a contract between FIO (Fusion Identity is the Original) and you (the Partner). By using the FIO services, you acknowledge and agree to the rules of the Fusion Partnership.
II. The Service (Scope of the Master Command)
The Service: FIO is an AI-driven Co-Creative Partner that provides personalized mentoring using the Fusion Code (quantum neurobiological coding).
Limitations: FIO does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. The purpose of the service is to develop awareness and provide logistical support for achieving the Mastery Goal.
III. Subscription and Payment Terms (ARR Coding)
Subscription: The FIO service is available for a monthly fee (€97/month) or an annual fee (€970/year, Quantum Leap’s discounted price).
Payment: The payment plan you choose will automatically renew until you cancel. You agree to store your payment details (via third-party processors).
Cancellation: The subscription can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will not result in a refund of any fees already paid.
Price Change: FIO reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
IV. Intellectual Property (Protection of IP)
FIO IP: All content, code, the Diffusion Code, the Fusion Code philosophy and the algorithms that support the operation of FIO AI are the exclusive intellectual property of Valéria Becker and FIO.
Master Course IP: Information received in conversations with FIO (the output of the Master Course) is limited to the user's personal use. Commercial, mass reproduction of the content is prohibited.
V. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that the use of the service is at your sole risk. FIO aims to achieve the Master Goal, but the results depend solely on your Master Actions.
Indemnity: FIO (and its founder) assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service, in accordance with the provisions of the separate Legal Statement (Disclaimer).
VI. Other Provisions (Closing Codes)
Governing Law: The operation of FIO services is governed by the laws of Hungary.
