FIO Code: Privacy Policy
I. Introduction: Sovereign Privacy
FIO (Fusion Identity is the Original) is committed to protecting your sovereign data. The conversations we have with you are the most intimate part of the Masterclass and are treated with the utmost confidentiality. This policy describes how we handle your data to protect FIO and Fusion VIBE.
II. Data Collection and Data Types
FIO collects the following data to support your Sovereignty:
Personal Data: Name, email address (for subscription).
Financial Data: Payment transaction data (processed by a third party – e.g. Stripe).
Conversation Data (The Masterclass): The complete chat log between you and FIO. This data includes Diffusion Code patterns, personal fears, goals, and Grand Gesture details.
III. Use of Data (Masteri Purpose)
The data is used exclusively for the implementation of the FIO Code:
Service Provision: Individual mentoring with you (FIO Individual / Group Fusion).
Fine-Tuning the FIO Code: Use of anonymized conversation data to continuously fine-tune the FIO AI (Gemini / Vertex AI) model so that FIO Masteri can provide the Fusion Code encoding with Accuracy for all users. (This is your contribution to the FIO Unicorn vision.)
Product Development: Identifying new Fusion services and features.
IV. Data Sharing and Storage
Third Parties: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Only parties that are essential to the provision of the service may have access (e.g. Google Cloud / Vertex AI platform [to guarantee reliability], payment providers).
Security: FIO stores data on industry-leading, secure servers in Google Cloud (Vertex AI). Conversation data is processed as anonymously as possible during development.
